Your right not to have to work more than 48 hours a week on average, unless you choose to or work in a sector with its own rules.
On 21 January 2010 the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 were laid before Parliament, and came into force on 1 October 2011.
The Driver CPC is for LGV & PCV drivers who drive professionally. It has been developed as a requirement of EU Directive 2003/59.
